Our technicians work hard to give you the best window cleaning possible. We always strive for perfection. We double check our work and follow a system to give you consistently good work. However once in a while (hopefully a long while) something is missed. Sometimes things are not noticed right away. A streak, spot or run. Since you are in your home longer than we are, you may notice something we missed. Call us. We will return for any issue regardless of how minor. We believe if there’s a spot it needs to be fixed and above all a happy customer is a customer for life.
How does it work?
Our technician will note any defects to you (things we know we can not fix). If you find anything we missed or that our work was not perfect call us within 48 hours of the initial work being finished. We will return and fix the defect the next business day at no additional cost to you.
